2026 IWD Journal

The Joko Edu International Women’s Day Journal 2026 is a thoughtfully designed, quarter-based journal created to extend International Women’s Day beyond a single moment and into a year-long practice of reflection, support, and growth.

Built around the official International Women’s Day 2026 theme, Give To Gain, this journal invites women and organisations to engage with growth differently, not through busyness or over-tracking, but through intentional focus and repeated reflection.

This year’s edition has been deliberately simplified.

Instead of weekly or monthly breakdowns, the journal works in four quarters, recognising that meaningful progress happens in seasons. Each quarter opens with a reflective prompt, followed by five core questions designed to guide thinking throughout the season, and closes with a reflection page to pause, assess, and move forward with clarity.

The prompts remain consistent by design. As you return to them, your answers evolve. What you give your attention to deepens, and what deepens begins to grow.

Why this journal matters

In many workplaces, women are celebrated, but not always supported with structure. Mentorship is informal, sponsorship is inconsistent, and reflection is often sacrificed to performance.

This journal responds to those realities.

It creates space for women to reflect on their goals, the support they give and receive, and the growth they are cultivating over time. In doing so, it supports confidence, clarity, and leadership presence, while helping organisations build stronger cultures and more sustainable leadership pipelines.

When women are supported intentionally, everyone gains.
